What is OSS?

The Opale Smartphone Supervisor (OSS) is an Android-based software agent that automates mobile call placement and service testing while collecting wireless environment metrics (cellular and Wi-Fi).
Designed for Android 8 (Oreo) and above, OSS integrates with Opale’s MultiDSLA platform to provide a comprehensive end-user perspective of network quality, combining voice quality analysis (MOS, POLQA, PESQ) with real-time wireless context.

OSS empowers operators, integrators, and test labs to run large-scale, automated assessments of mobile QoE, making it essential for validating and monitoring mobile networks.
